RightNow Conference is our annual in-person event. It’s three days of teaching, worship, and connection for the leaders we serve online the rest of the year. The goal: refresh, refocus, and equip pastors and ministry teams for what’s ahead.

Built For

RightNow Conference is for pastors, ministry staff, and lay leaders who spend their year pouring into others and need to be poured into themselves. The renewing power of a room full of leaders learning and worshiping together is something our digital products can’t fully provide.

In Practice

Every year:

3,000+ attendees and 30+ speakers convene for three days of main sessions, breakouts, and worship.

Voices like Francis Chan, Matt Chandler, Jennie Allen, Charlie Dates, and Nicole Martin teach from the main stage.

Optional pre-conference workshops give leadership teams hands-on coaching before the main event.

In Our Mission

RightNow Conference is the in-person counterpart to everything else we do. Our libraries equip leaders day in and day out. Then, once a year, we gather face-to-face to encourage those leading the discipleship efforts in their churches. The conference sessions later stream on our digital platforms so the teaching lives on for leaders who couldn’t attend.
